Good food, nice place to grab lunch
The soup is amazing. Honestly I'm usually not a soup guy, BUT sometimes there they one soup that just blows your mind. Well this is definitely one of those places. Seriously I was amazed at how good it tasted. I would definitely go back here. Plus you eat it with crackers which just makes it that much better. Must see!
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My favorite is the asian noodle salad with some baguette and dill dip on the side.
The Pesto Cheese Sandwich on Croissant is FANTASTIC, fresh and hit the spot! Customer service is always stellar, and genuine. I love this location.

2 years back, I used to work across the street and whenever I didn't bring lunch from home I would go there for lunch. I don't work there anymore but any time I'm passing through Folsom I always make it a point to go and see my friend Anna. Lovely cheerful atmosphere, great service and great food to boot.
Today my my first time trying la bou, the staff are so friendly and helpful and they always have a smile on their face. The inside is so clean and the outside is well taken care of. The food was fresh and tasted so good I will definitely be back to get my breakfast
